Service Description

Collect previous radiographs and assess the need for additional images to assess jaw, joints and teeth. Please provide us with the contact information of your previous/current dentist so that we can have the records on hand prior to your appointment. If you have any previous sleep assessments, orthodontics or jaw issues, please advise of any/all treating physicians so that appropriate records can be collect for assessment and duplicate records can be avoided.
